Would a chimpanzee be better served as a pet to a good home, or left alone in it's natural habitat?

This good home would have a spacious, wooded, (boundaried) outdoors, proper facilities, and other chimps.|||A chimps habitat is completely different from ours; they are arboreal while we are terrestrial. I think for a full grown chimp that have already been living in the wild would have a VERY difficult time being served as a pet in a home. A newborn chimp would have better chances being served as a pet, since it would be raised domestically in a home as a pet.

But honestly, i think they are best being left alone in their natural habitat.|||if you know chimpanzee's well and have a backround with animals and its legal then u could have it for a pet otherwise i think it should be left alone|||Taking a healthy animal out of its natural habitat does not make it happier, it just makes ignorant humans feel better about themselves.|||Left alone. I prefer that to a zoo as well.
