can't find the answer anywhere and no one seems to know|||your best bet would be to contact your local animal control, game warden, etc.. they know the laws in your area regarding keeping animals, licencing, etc.
Regardless of if they are legal or not tho.. Apes dont make good pets.. I was also told that a Chimp costs around $50,000|||idk but i wouldn't get one those mothers are savage|||try your local pet store
