What percentage of the genetics of a chimpanzee and human are the same?

Though I don't know the exact percentage, I do know that gorilla DNA is muuuuch more identical (90+%) to human DNA rather than chimps. Chimps DNA actually varies quite alot more from humans. Hard to comprehend I know but Google it dearie! : )|||in the high 90's. 98ish% i believe. This is kind of misleading, though. we are also 80% the same as a banana.|||Estimates range from 97 to 98%.
