What are the differences between human DNA and chimpanzee DNA?

I heard its only one or two chromosomes. is this true?|||Nearly 99 percent alike in genetic makeup, chimpanzees and humans might be even more similar were it not for what researchers call "lifestyle" changes in the 6 million years that separate us from a common ancestor. By lining up the human and chimpanzee gene sequences, scientists at Cornell University found that only 1% of our genes significantly differ from chimps.|||I just wonder if Steve above knows that we also have more than 50% of the DNA of a cabbage. DNA is not such a big deal and does not hold all the answers.
