What is the IQ of a chimpanzee and a dolphin?

If the average human IQ is 100 and below 80 is retarded (I think), then on the same scale, what is the IQ of the average chimpanzee? Also, if there is such a thing as a genius chimp, what would its IQ range be? Also on the same scale, how smart is the average dolphin?|||Despite what some non-professionals may tell you, the IQ of non-human animals is NOT measurable.|||IQ = Intelligence Quotient or MENTAL AGE divided by REAL AGE. A RELATIVE MEASURE of your mental ability compared to others your age.

Mental age thus can only be determined using the average performance of other chimps the same age. Chimps can't be compared to humans this way: They need chimp tests.

|||All I know is that Bonzo was much smarter than Ronald Reagan in that movie. And what about Flipper and Lassie? Definitely smarter than their human counterparts.|||They can't answer the questions.|||'Koko has a tested IQ of between 70 and 95 on a human scale, where 100 is considered "normal."'

Though Koko was a gorilla, this may give some insight.

But this is quite a range. I think this may give an idea to the inadequacies IQ tests pose not only with animals but humans as well...don't put TOO much on it.

These may help as well, but exact number are not given:
