Why does a human egg have far more legal rights than an adult chimpanzee?

Rent the movie "Planet of the Apes" , and see America`s future with no human moral values in it`s society !!!|||Because that human egg will someday contribute to society whereas the adult chimpanzee is just another added expense |||Oh? I didn't realize a human egg had more rights. Chimpanzee mothers don't have abortions, like Human women do. A human growing "egg" in the womb doesn't get to say "No Mommy, don't. I want to live".
